The residents of Mom Street are working towards the adoption of a baby girl from The Land Far Away. This is our fourth attempt at adoption. We adopted our son domestically in the United States in June 2006 and have never received a greater blessing. He is magic.
We subsequently tried to adopt two of his birth-relatives but were unable to make that dream come true. You can read about it here if you are not already familiar with our story.
Adoption is an expensive undertaking, and we lost a great deal of money on those two adoption attempts that did not work out. Now we are figuring out how to make our dream of being a family of four a reality.
That's where you come in!
We have had a beautiful puzzle made for our baby from a photo of the land of her birth. If you can, please click the Donate button on the sidebar and "buy" a piece (or pieces!) of her puzzle for $10 each. I will write your name (or whatever name you would like if you are donating in honor of someone) on your piece(s). Just tell me what you want it to say in the "Instructions for Seller" area. When the puzzle is complete it will be framed and hung on the wall of her room. That way she will grow up seeing the names of the people who cared enough to help us bring her home.
We feel called to find our baby girl and bring her home. We hope that you will feel called to help us do so. Please be a piece of the puzzle and help us bring our baby home.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts,
Natasha, JR and Grasshopper
